All licence purchases include 12 months of essential product updates and technical support. Renew your licence before it expires to ensure you receive the best support and latest releases. Agreements that are renewed prior to expiry receive a substantial discount.
It is EnterpriseDT policy that support for all CompleteFTP licenses must be renewed concurrently. This is because it's not practical for us to distinguish between the various licenses that a customer may own, so by offering updates and support for one license we are effectively offering it for all licenses. Please contact us if you've retired some of your licenses and no longer require support for those.

All prices are in US dollars and net of applicable taxes.
Owners of Corporate Licenses who wish to renew their support agreements are asked to contact us for a quote, as are owners of the now discontinued multi-server license packs.
Renew Licence AgreementCo-terming multiple licenses
When you purchase a license, it includes 12 months of support. Because licenses are often purchased at different times, their support agreements will naturally expire on different dates.
Many customers prefer to co-term their licenses so that all support agreements finish on the same date. To make this possible, we calculate the exact additional time required to align each license. Since our support is priced per year, these additional months appear on quotes and invoices as a fractional quantity (for example, 0.643).
This does not mean you are buying “partial support.” It simply represents full support for a partial year — in this case, nine months. We cannot change these fractional quantities to whole numbers, because doing so would make the support periods end on the wrong dates.
After this one-time alignment, all your licenses will renew in whole-year quantities on the same date, and future invoices will show only integer quantities.
